Toronto loses a tough match in N.E.

Toronto FC traveled to New England this past weekend for a match against the first-place N.E. Revolution. Toronto was on the defensive for most of the first half which allowed Steve Ralston to get behind the defense and score a goal off a rebound in the 12th minute. Ralston scored again in the 59th minute. Then, Toronto launched a furious attack on the Revolution and was able to get one goal back in 78th minute by Amado Guevara. Unfortunately, Toronto was unable to salvage a tie and lost 2-1. The next game for Toronto FC is tomorrow night versus the Vancouver Whitecaps in the Canadian Qualifying Tournament for CONCACAF Champions League.
