Thanks to everyone who took the time to think up a celebration and post it. I enjoyed reading the responses and they were all good ideas. It was hard deciding on just three as so many stood out to me, but I had to narrow it down to three and at the last minute added a fourth. To enter a vote, use the survey to the right. The candidates are as follows so let the voting begin!
-Mo
1) Head towards the corner poppin’ your jersey at the “BMO” logo, but strategically covering up the “B” with your right hand. Once at the corner, show the fans who just netted a sick goal and point with your right hand at the jersey logo while (again, index finger strategically covering the “B”). All of the above to be spiced up with that Mo Edu swagger.
2) I like to see Mo score and come directly over to the supporters section (112 Red Patch Boys!!!) and grab a RPB Scarf and hold it high to us… This works at home (South end, or on the road when alot of us are there)
We love Mo, have our song for him (”...na, na na, na na na naaa, EDUUUUUU...”) and to see him hold our sraf up high would be magical…
If Mo scores at the North end of BMO, or on the road where there’s not a lot of us, grab a Toronto scarf from a fan, hold the ‘TORONTO FC’ side up high, and scream out his famous “YAH MAN!” (that he did in Chicago last year in front of us when he scored) – John McCartney “Carts”
3) Run to the touchline and start posing while your teammates run towards you and start taking pictures of you like papparrazzi – Ugo Edu
4) After scoring, make your way to the supporters section near the corner flag, and as the EDU song rings in your ears, conduct the choir. Either using the corner flag or just your hands, conduct your supporters as they sing their loyal appreciation. – Austin

Choices 2 and 4 would be money. 1 is okay. 3 is gay. They do number 3 in Serie A all the time and it is gay.

#1 all the way. It’s easy, it has attitude, and it’s personal. no one else in the league could replicate it, that is unless someone else on TFC has the nickname mo.
